Looking for a few bass parts

Just tossing a few questions around to see if anyone will bite.

I'm looking for some specfic parts and for the life of me I can't find them anywhere. Search engines ain't what they used to be.

1. Just yesterday I found a site offering "blank" undrilled Jazz Bass control plates but I forgot to save the link. Does anyone have a lead ?
2. I'm also looking for a pair of chrome Yamaha BB series P pickup rings. One set right handed the other left handed. Yamaha isn't providing any help and not a single parts dealer has anything close. I know about the standard Fender-ish rings but the Yamaha versions are what I'm after. I could make them myself but I don't have a template.
3. I use Dunlop strap lock systems. I have plenty of the strap end pieces but I need about 12 nickel plated classic style button ends (the parts that the lock attaches to). Dunlop has never responded after emailing them for a few years and even at last years NAMM show they were jerky about everything. No dealer will sell me just the button ends. Does anyone know where to find them ?
