Looking for new Tuning Pegs and dont know what to look for

I will be soon coming into a new bass soon a ESP LTD EX-104 with some minor damage so im getting it for a deal.One of things im looking to replace are the tuners but to tell ya the truth i don't know what to look for, so if you can shout out some brands , models, anything then thank you.

What's wrong with the tuners that you have? What do you need the new tuners to do that the old ones won't?
