looking for (special) tuning keys

hi
I'm looking for tuning keys, that are the small modern closed machine but with the old leaf fender style peg.
the only ones i found are the hipshot ultralites but they are too expensive for my project.
i wonder how keys like that aren't more available.

can you help mr find this kind of keys?

thanks in advance

Find someone who is parting-out a Fender 24-fretter Jazz Bass. The tuners on that bass were Hipshot-licensed pieces just like that in the pix you posted. Can't recall if there were other models that used those pieces though.

Added: Looked around. Are these cheap enough:

If I recall, I think stewmac sells schallers like that. I know they have that style, just don't recall if they have the cloverleaf option.

What about Wilkinson? They're not expensive, and are reported to be decent quality. This model seems to be close to what you're looking for: you could replace the button with KB4.

The Asian manufacturer is Jinho, and this model might also be an option. I see the Jinho stuff on ebay all the time.
