| Any solution? Sure - take it to a bass tech. But I would say that, wouldn't I - since I am a bass tech.
It seems as though either the 16 fret is a bit low, or the 17th is a bit high. It may be that the fret isn't seated well or that it hasn't been dressed properly, or there is a bit of a hump in the fingerboard, or there's sympathetic resonance happening somewhere, or the relief/string height is not right or something else. But this is all guess work without examining the bass - which is why it's a good idea to take it to a bass tech. I would suggest that you see if you can find a tech in your area that would give you a diagnosis without charge. Then you can decide if it's something you want to try to fix yourself.
