Luthier in Syracuse / Ithaca / Binghampton?

I am moving to the Central New York area from Phoenix in the next few months and will certainly need my instruments adjusted for the new climate - can anyone recommend a top notch luthier / set up shop in the Syracuse / Ithaca / Binghampton area?

Check with Eliot at Rumbleseat Music in Ithaca. He is a reputable vintage dealer. He may have someone on staff who is good. If not, he will certainly be able to make a good recommendation.
