Bump - Anyone? My tech got back to me and said brass nuts kill his tools so he's not willing to do them.

yes....google Wooden Wizard. He's near Burke Lake off of 123. Works out of his house.
He's experienced, has a wood shop...very nice guy and competent (at the least) He's an actual luthier as well. Not just a repairman.

Yeah I have already sent him an email per my tech's suggestion too, haven't heard back (could be the holiday weekend) yet though. Thanks! If he falls through, any other suggestions?

you can try Crossroads Guitar in Bailey's Crossroads. I had an plek job done there recently as well as getting a new nut and am very happy with the work.
