Marcus' New Slim Pickup Cover

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, check this out...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTZ106-7OKo

I'm in love with the new slim pickup cover. Any idea where I can buy one of those, or even get one made?

How do you guys think the reduction in width will effect playability, and what differences it'll make as compared to the old cover?

Atelier Z makes them and sells them. They have been a standard feature on certain models for a few years. I have one on an Atelier and it's definitely more comfortable than the Fender version. You can purchase one directly from Atelier. They call it a pickup fence. Go to www.atelierz.co.jp

Here are some shots of my "pickup fence". Please forgive the plastic on the pickguard...

Way cool!! M saving up for an RC-50... looking for good deals(second-hand)... Hopefully if I'n left with a few bucks i'll pace an order... The question here is,

Is it worth it, considering u already have a fender pickup cover? How is it any different from a fender one, playability wise?
