Mighty Mite model 2919 replacement Fretless P-bass neck

Does anyone own one of these? I have a few questions:

1) What's the range of the fingerboard? The usual Fender Eb (the equivalent of 20 frets)?

2) Where are the dots on the side of the neck - where the frets would be (like most fretless necks), or in between where the frets would be (like most fretted necks)?

3) Is it really as easy as just unbolting your old neck and bolting this one on (and swapping the tuners, etc.)? Or does it require some extra sanding and/or shimming?

Thanks in advance.
