Yes, but there are a few "buts"...
I am assuming the nut is preslotted? If not, it will be more difficult because the string spacing needs to be laid out on the nut blank.
Any nut you buy will have to be filed, either for thickness (to fit in the slot), height, length or slot depth. In general, for
all of the above. The preslotted ones really just remove the string spacing part of the equation.
Depending on the material, this can be easy or hard.
Having to take 0.05" off the length is really nothing compared to the other filings described above.
As always, if you are not familiar with this, take it to a tech.
ETA: OK, I looked at the item. It is preslotted, and for a Jazz. However, I can almost guarantee there will be filing that needs to be done. Specifically, for height/slot depth, and maybe thickness. The length, again, is 0.054 over, which is small (roughly 1/32" on each side) and easily filed off. Again, if you haven't done this, take it to a tech to ensure the string height (slot depth) is correct and you don't file up your bass.
