| call them and ask for the correct size. If turning has no effect, you might have a wrench in there that is slightly smaller and is spinning, but with friction that feels like you're turning the nut. Or could be a dual-action, in which case when you're in the mid-point, turning left or right will feel like it's doing nothing.
If you're sure the wrench is correct, measure your relief, turn until you feel some resistance, then measure again. SHOULD be right to reduce relief, left to add relief. But again, call them and ask to make sure.
