Modulus Fret Buzz

So I am completely out of ideas as to what i can do to fix the buzzing problem on the B and E string on my '91 Q6..no truss rod.
Ok so here are the perticulars... the B string buzzed where ever i played it, including open, so I raised the string hieght. That did not work completely, i still had open buzzing, and buzzing on the first fret and the frets after the fifth. So i put a piece of paper underneath the string, and that cured the buzzing of everything before the 6th, but it still buzzes after that. So i have no clue what to do. And the string hieght is higher than it should be now.
The E string buzzes everywhere, and the string hieght really isnt that low at all, in fact ive had it lower on this bass without buzzing. What is going on?? Oh and the buzzing gets worse after the 3rd fret.

Check the action of your neck. Fret the first fret and the last fret simultaneously (your string is now a straight edge) and look for any bow in the neck around the 12th fret. You might have not see any gap if the neck is back bowed. It might also be twisted. If the neck is true, then your nut slots might be too low. Also look for excessively worn frets.

With the graphite neck, I'm not sure how relevant the bowed/twisted neck theory is. I figure that even the graphite necks might deform over time.

Your absolute best bet is to take it in to a luthier w/ experience working on graphite necks. You might not find anyone locally capable of this.
