I have a Monster Performer 500 bass cable that I've relegated to backup duties. For me the cable is just too stiff - it tries to trip me if I turn around even once. Some people like Monster's auto-tangling feature but I'm not one of them.

Right now I'm using a .225" George L cable and just loving it. Tone's as good as my Monster and I can make field repairs to the cable in a few seconds with a pocket knife - no other tools required.

I like them so well I ordered the kit and rewired my rack. I recommend them pretty highly.

I guess it's time to get a new one for free.

Just return it to the dealer you bought it from.

I've done this before with no problems whatsoever.

I would like to get another one. I don't really know where to take it back. I ordered it from zzsounds and none of the three music stores around here carries them.
