My bass is set up in standard. If dropped to C# for a day what are the consequences?

I have a buddy that wants to use my warwick thumb 4BO for recording. I really owe him too so I can't say no. My bass is set up in standard tuning. They use Drop D half step down (C# G# C# F#) and I think sometimes Drop C. Anyway, my concern is how bad, if at all, will this mess up my bass (setup, wood, strings, anything)? This may be a silly question but I take great care of my bass and am a worry wort. Thanks for clearing this up/easing my mind.

Nothing at all. I frequently change between standard tuning and C F Bb Db with no consequence.

this won't harm your bass, the only thing that would freak me out are action and fret buzzing issues. there is a lot of change in string pull when tuning all strings down which means you have to set your trussrod different than before.
anyway, when you're going to record this, let the bass rest in desired tuning for at least 24 hours, then do a quick setup.
