A pickguard blank and a bunch of screws, mostly. All little stuff. Ordered it almost a week ago, and its still at the "processing" stage according to their site. What gives?

Sometimes, if your card doesn't go through, that happens, I experienced it, they ran it again, order shipped a few hours later, call Customer Service.
