My shielding paint has turned into....

...a can full of chunky graphite mud! Anyone ever have this happen? Though it isn't water-based, I added water to it in order to turn it liquid again, but I fear it may no longer be useful. Anyone else ever have this happen?

If it isn't water based, why did you add water to it??

Throw it in thy bin. Buy another can.
