Neck bow

How do I go about adjusting my neck so that I have to slightest bit of concave bow, while still retaining a relatively even displacement of the string pressure? I know to to adjust the truss rod to be straight, but I'm still unsure on the specifics.

Loosen the truss rod until you get a touch of relief. 1/8th turn, maybe more. The amount of relief should be to taste, not to a spec.
