neck for G&L L1000

It looks like the warp in the neck may be ir-repairable. Where would I find a replacement neck? and original pickups.

No duh...
If I was interested in buying another bass, I would. I took care of the pup issue, and since I posted, I may have a repair person for the neck. Thanks for the reply though.
