Neck Stability Question

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Lakland 5594. Over the past year the neck seems to bow a lot more frequently than it used to (I live in Los Angeles). These necks have some type of graphite reinforcement, but, nonetheless when I make the correction in the truss rod, the neck bows again. Any ideas, suggestions to lock in this neck?

Don;'t use Loctite or anything like that. I'd say, if you don't know much about doing truss rod work, and most don't, call up Lakland and tell them the problem.

There are are couple threads active on this site right now discussing this same problem.
