Neck Swap! Squire P - VM Fretless

Sign in to disble this ad
So any thoughts on this neck switch i have brewing in my mind?

I took some measurements and both the neck of the Squire P Affinity, and the VM Jazz seem to be about the same size at the pocket.

Now, does anyone know from experience if this little plan of mine will work? I just have doubts about takeing my basses apart, they never seem to be put back together all the same.

I love my P's neck, just sits so comfy in the hands, but the Jazz's sound is so much superiour.

Any help is greatly appeciated.

Thanks.

Should work just fine. Post a pic after you've done it.
