I've been having this problem with most of my basses since the beginning. The neck usually starts warping from the treble side (G, C) string. Ever since then I switched to 45-105 gauge strings for my 4-bangers. Can anyone help with regards to keeping my neck uniformly straight? Thanks.
Warping over time, on mostly the treble side. The other side would usually be quite straight, while the aforementioned warp is usually towards the direction of string pull.

45-105 shouldn't be a problem for any neck. It is probably the most popular 4 string set (one of my local shops only stocks that set for about 6 different types of string)
I think I know exactly what you're talking about. And I'm pretty sure that it's normal. It's because the high strings don't put as much tension on the neck, as they are much thinner than the low strings. So they don't pull on the neck as much.
On my basses there is more relief of the bass side, which is a good thing for me, since the lower strings need more.
Regarding your problem i would say that if its still playable i would go with it, if not, only a luthier or a new neck can help.
