Need advice on a new paint job

My bass looks like crap right now, to be honest. It's all scratched up from when I removed the stickers I put on it before (idiotic move, I know) and it has a few noticable dings on it. I'm even sure where to buy paint, so if someone could help me out, it'd be great. Thanks

That's a big subject to cover. You'll more than likely have to strip the old finish off first, sand the body very smooth and then choose a finish that you can apply yourself with a reasonable chance of success. There are a number of different products you can use. Or, you could strip the body yourself (that's often tough and time consuming) to save some money and take it to someone for a professional sprayed on finish.

If you tell us what your bass has on it now that's be a start
