Need Musicman saddle screws... HELP

Sign in to disble this ad
Does anybody know where I can buy some Musicman saddle height adjusting screws? I just bought an MM SUB and it's missing three screws. If I need to I'll just call Ernie Ball on Monday and get some ordered through them.

I had an old Stingray I hadn't played in a while, and I decided to restring it BEAD. Everything worked great except the notch in the saddle wasn't wide enough to accomodate the B string. I emailed Musicman customer service to see if I could order a replacement. The same day I got an email from Scott Ball saying he mailed me one, no charge. A couple of days later I got a new saddle in the mail. I'm not saying you can get free parts every time, but I sent them a note and they responded quickly. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

I had a similar experience with MusicMan customer service. I needed some replacement screws for my SUB so I emailed MusicMan to find out what they use and they just asked for my address so they could mail them to me free of charge. Great service.

I know this thread is old but I needed a height adjustment screw for my Sterling and found this.

Just wanted to +1 Musicman's customer service. I e-mailed them and Billy got back to me immediately. They are sending me a free replacement right away.

It's just a small part but quick, good service like that is rare. Yay Musicman.
