| I had an old Stingray I hadn't played in a while, and I decided to restring it BEAD. Everything worked great except the notch in the saddle wasn't wide enough to accomodate the B string. I emailed Musicman customer service to see if I could order a replacement. The same day I got an email from Scott Ball saying he mailed me one, no charge. A couple of days later I got a new saddle in the mail. I'm not saying you can get free parts every time, but I sent them a note and they responded quickly. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
