Need new tuners

OK.
My EKO needs new tuners. (pPlays awesome but doesn't stay in tune.)
How do I go about measuring to find the ones I need? Do I take the tuner out and measure the hole? Do I measure the post?

Any and all suggestions would be awesome!

They look like mini fender tuners...I can't use full sized tuners. I don't need the vintage ones...just something new that keeps things in tune.

I'll post some pics of the front side and back later tonight.
