Need referral for setup (PDX)

Anyone out there in the greater Portland area (actually, a bit SW - Willamette valley) have a recommendation for a good setup guy? I'd like to get the action a bit lower on my MIM J and I think it will require some work on the nut and getting the relief just right to do that. I've done my best and it's not good enough. I'd also like to get the intonation spot on.

Thanks!

Might want to head on over to this thread in the Oregon Bassist's Club. There are several suggestions listed.
