| New bass questions: repairs

Greetings.
Have a new acquisition with a few minor issues, and hope for your help in taking care of them.
Issue uno:
It has a Badass bridge, original style. I understand there was some body mod work required to get this to work on the bass. Any idea what kind of work would be typical for this, and how much work would be needed to replace the original vintage bridge?
Issue 2:
Previous owner had apparently installed and then re-installed a thumbrest, leaving 6 screw holes in the body, which is ash. Think hippie re-fin natural ash.
The holes vary- 2 are pretty clean, typically sized thumbrest screw holes, while the other 4 are the same size, just rougher and a little dirty.
Any suggestions for a fairly unobtrusive fill? Again, re-fin ash.
Thanks to all!
