How much of a difference would this make to the stock bridge? What's with the lock down saddles - how do they work and what are the benefits and drawbacks?

Many thanks,

Kev

I have a TRB1006 and I was going to change the bridge. Here is the greatness of lock down saddles:

Once you set the intonation and lock them down, it won't slip out unlike most other bridges.

The con:
If you have to adjust it, it takes a bit more because you have to "unlock" the saddles, thats the only con I've found.
