Northern VA, LF bass tune-up

Hey all,

I'm looking for someone in the Northern Virginia or DC area to tune up my bass. I have some intonation problems (higher the fret, sharper the note) and i'd like to get my action changed. I've never made any truss rod / bridge / nut adjustments before. So I'd really prefer to watch and learn from someone with experience. Figured I'd come on here as I was having trouble finding someone.

The tune up is for my Warwick Streamer Stage II.

Anyone know of any reliable businesses / people??
