Straightened up my neck a bit and dropped the action a lot. Intonation is now slightly out, will fix after I get action worked out. (My first time doing this on my own, so I am playing around to see what feels and works best.)
Sustain has dropped considerably after dropping the action. These are old strings and I was planning to get some flat wounds tomorrow. But is the sustain loss something to be expected with low action and is there something I can do about it?
Second question- the D string buzzes on the 12th fret a bunch, a little on the 13th. Nowhere else on the fretboard buzzes. What are some things I can do to fix this (other than filing a fret)?
