One frett problem

The only problem i have with my bass, is that the 6th frett on the E string buzzes really badly.
No other frett does it. its really annoying, any ideas?

its about 11 months old. I got it for this past christmas, bought from a local music store, never changed any strings but the D string. I've also taken the strings on and off various times.

even if it hasn't, most of us would have replaced strings before they got that old
