Peavey B Quad

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello all,
So I strictly use Modulus basses, but FINALLY tracked down a Peavey B Quad. Electronics and everything are in great shape, but the bridge and tuners are showing some rust so I'd like to replace them. Anyone have any idea how I find the proper replacements or what would work with this design?

Thanks,
Dustin

MNAirhead is the guy to ask or PM. He is the resident Peavey guru. He may have what you need himself. Did you try calling Peavey, located in Meridian, Mississippi?

Carvin just released Brombergs latest version of this beast of a bass, complete with piezo pickups as well. They may have something you could use since the do sell parts and hardware.

Here's the link to the new one, the B24.

Or you could check out Graphtech if you find a bridge you like but need to add the piezo saddles.

Tuners are commodity closed tuners.

I'd be VERY careful with the bridge... most dorked or "modified" (this still cracks me up) basses on ebay are due to someone not respecting the fine work that went into the wikinson bridge.

I have a hunch the bridge is stock (same as used on an Axcellerator).. that my have quick passed through a bridge port to have a hole put in it.
