Pickguard Buzzes

Sign in to disble this ad
The pickguard on my bass buzzes on almost every note I play. I have tried tightening the screws but I don't want to force it tighter just in case the plastic breaks. The buzz is really annoying, any ideas on how to fix that?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, It seemed like the best one to put it in).

Try applying a few small strips of "Scotch" brand double-sided "Removable Poster Tape" to the backside of the pickguard.
