Which pickguard for Lake Placid Blue

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all.
Majority of basses in this colour probably have a white pickguard but show us what alternatives you have seen
or indeed, own yourself.
Lake Placid Blue has never been my favourite colour but with the right pickguard this could certainly change.

White/black/white for the win. Shell looks nasty in my opinion, and black just buries the blue.

tortoise! especially a more vibrant, swirly "vintage" tortoise with lighter streaks in it.

(pickguard's not as swirly as the kind i like, but it still works.)

White is pretty typical but you might also look at white pearl or the grey (black) pearl.if you talking about Fender product.

White pearloid or black pearloid would dress it up a lot.

Blue and red together is much too Boise State U. for me. (Even if they do make it blue and orange.)

Orange pearl would look sick, though I'm not a huge Boise State fan, either.

Another vote for Tortoise here. I also like the Pearl White.
