pickguard question (guitar bass conversion)

So I've been thinking about doing this for a and getting an sg guitar body and throwing in a 51 p bass pickup. The idea is to use the routed hole closer to the bridge for the 51 pickup and to cover the top route with a pickguard. However with some google searching I can't seem to find any dealers who sell a blank sg pickguard that is unrouted.

I then turned to the sg junior pickguard I remember seeing but I can't seem to find anyone who makes the full pickguard, just the bat wing design.

http://cgi.ebay.com/1966-GIBSON-SG-J...#ht_500wt_1118

The ones I did find were vintage and expensive.

Summary I'm wondering if anyone knows of where I can find a full sg junior pickguard.

Also related question but would the sg juinor pickguard match close enough to a standard sg body?

One more thing does anyone know of any good way to mount a pickguard without screws just out of curosity?

Thank you.

Why not get a custom pickguard? It won't be nearly as expensive as some vintage one.

Try http://www.pickguardian.com/pickguardian/

Then you can pick the shape and the color/material.
