Point Me in the Right Direction to Build An ERB

Could anyone give me some recommendations on what type of parts and pieces I should use to begin building a 7+ string bass? I'm really interested in building my own, slowly but surely, but I'm curious as to where I can find the proper parts and accessories and such. Most importantly, where I can find any necks or bodies. If anybody knows any shops that custom-build specific parts or pieces....


I've seen a ton of different pieces on eBay for sale, but I don't know where to go or with what....

+1 oregonwildwood.com has some body-blanks, tops, neck blanks and pretty much anything you'll need. I don't know much about building myself, but good luck to you!

If you want to forgo the DIY, Chris Stambaugh (stambaughdesigns.com) is one of the most reasonably prices builders out there and will build you pretty much whatever you want as long as it is physically possible
