| Polishing Ebonol I have a Mighty Mite unlined ebonol neck. She's a beaut, but I like keeping things in a pristine condition. Used roundwounds on it, which puts white scratches in the ebonol, which, IMO is hideous.
To get rid of them, I used Turtle Wax's car rubbing compound, then Maguire's ultimate car compound, then Maguire's ultimate car polish. White scratches are gone, but ebonol no longer has a shiny black finish, instead it is now a very dull dark grey. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas how I can bring it back to shiny black.
Thanks,
Matt |
