Powdercoating the bridge on a Warwick?

Is this possible? I'm pretty sure its made of brass, or aluminum. The black finish is wearing off. Id like to have the bridge and tailpiece powdercoated if possible. If there's any tb'ers who do powdercoating I'd be inclined to give them(you) my business.

Not sure if what you're looking for is powder coating. That process, in my experience, leaves a somewhat thick coating. Useful for larger things like motorcycle/automotive/industrial parts, etc. If your bridge is made from aluminum, I think you're really looking for having it anodized.

That sounds more expensive than powdercoating. How does one go about finding a shop who does that kind of work? I live in the ozarks, I don't know anyone around here who does it.
