Hey guys, good afternoon to ya. I've got a small problem with my Geddy that I was hoping to get some advise on. The problem is that I get no output from the bridge pickup. I turn it up and there's nothing. I've ordered a set of DP123's for it but as it turns out I have some studio work to do this weekend and I won't have them in time. I'm thinking maybe I could repair it if it's just a pot problem. What's the best way to diag this. I've done some resitance checks with everything still put together but can't really make any sense out of them. The only thing I can think of is usoldering the wires from the pot and then comparing the resistance readings with a new pot that I got and making sure there's continuity through the pickup. Is there any other tricks to diagnosing this without getting out the soldering iron? It seems pretty cut and dried but thought I'd ask for info first.
