| Easiest is the either the stacked V/V pot, master tone and output, if you can find a good stacked pot that's 250 on both gangs. Another choice is a small mini-toggle pickup switch with a master volume and master tone (a la the Telecaster guitar), but that's a small switch to try to hit on the fly. I'd go with a side-mounted jack, then you can use the stock pickguard for either a V/V/T or V/blend/tone (my favorite despite some small tonal issues that may or may not be important to you).
