Greetings!
I just recently purchased a late model low end Tobias 5 string. As it is now it is great sounding bass, but I know that this is a model that is nolonger made. I am not quite sure which of the Tobias model it is.
I am thinking of doing 2 things to start, first replace the bridge, and second change out the pickups. My main goal is to have something that is both unique and has a great bassy yet clean sound. Maybe down the road she may become fretless. Any suggestions, help or places that I can get started? Thanks.
