| Question regarding setup

I got two Ibanez basses. One is an SRX2EX2 and an SR300M. I sent the SRX to have a setup done and the person did an excellent job at it, but after a few weeks (I guess change in weather) the setup was no longer the same and E string started to buzz in the 5th and around the 12th fret. The tech explained to me how to change the setup and set the neck, but tit never felt the same.
Today I received my other Bass from the same person and the setup is great and low. I tried to set it the same way on the SRX2, tightened the truss rod to have almost the same string height and set the bridge saddles tyhe same hiehjt but the E string still buzzes. DO I just have to work with a higher setup on the SRX saddle?
I'm also wondering if the same setup works the same in two different basses. What can I do?
