Question for Ric 4003 owners using Pickguardian p/u cover

I just got a chrome bridge pickup pickguard (Version 1) from www.pickguardian.com to replace the stock pickup cover on my 2004 Ric 4003. When installing it, I saw that the holes on the side opposite of the two I had screwed in are off by maybe 1/16th of an inch. After checking and re-checking the template available on the site, I'm positive I ordered the right one. Did anyone else have this problem?

i had a similar problem as well. they have very good customer service so i'd give them a shout. i think i ended up sending them a tracing and they made me a new one from that.
