Questions about brass bridges and othe Ibanez goodness

Sign in to disble this ad
I just got a Roadstar II from another TB'er and the brass bridge is heavily tarnished (to the point of looking pretty dirty). The bass is pretty beat up but sounds and plays pretty well so far.

My questions.

What can I soak the bridge in to get tarnish off. I think Brasso would be a pain with all of those bumps and dips.

Also If I want to adjust the truss rod since the nut is at the bottom of the neck I assuming it is reverse to straighten out the neck? Just curious.

That's it for now, but I will have more questions.
