Question Quick Question / Help...

i'm headed to a bass repair shop today to get a general setup & new strings on..



i was either going to go with DR Highs or DR Low Riders


is there anything i need to tell the guy about setting up my bass?

Tell him - or better yet SHOW him how you play. Play it the way you normally do, and dig in the same way you do when performing, slap if you normally slap, go all over the fingerboard if that's what you do. Then tell him what you like and don't like about the way it plays.

You do this because a proper setup adjusts the instrument to how you play.
