ratio of vintage style grovers

I was wondering if anyone knew the ratio for Grover's vintage style tuners. They'd be the cheapest replacement, at nearly 11$ apiece (four pack). If the ratio is too low, I'll probably get the Hipshot HB-2's.

Also, would the vintage style Grovers / Hipshot HB-2's be direct replacements on an SX jazz?
