Replacement bridge screw for Ibanez BTB

I recently bought an brand new out of the box Ibanez btb700dx and one of the bridge mounting screws looks damaged, heres a pic



the screw looks like this


Its the one on the left, where can I go about finding a replacement? Would the hardware store have screws like this?

Yes, not a problem at all. It's a 'sheet metal screw.' You'll just have to hunt for the right length and diameter. The diameter will be #8 or #10, probably, and it looks to be about 3/4" long.
