Replacement bridges for Rickenbacker 4003 and a Kramer DMZ 4000

Excuse my english, I'm Icelandic

I need help deciding which replacement bridges to put on my babies.

The Shaller bridge on my Kramer is in line with his neck, but the holes for the strings are not in the right place for them to go very straight to the nut.

Have a look at the Nut and Bridge (Just think about the holes that only go through the bridge but not inside the bass, they aren't good either):

They start to go straight from the nut but then at the 21st fret my E-string is almost not longer on the neck and my G-string is to much in on the fretboard.

So my problem is that if I move the bridge It will look bad and if I keep it like that I will not like playing the bass and I'm going to buy a new bridge anyway.
I was thinking of buying badass, badass II, or badass V.

("Special Note: We've installed the 5-string bridge on some 4-string basses and the sustain increases significantly. The mounting holes and saddles are the same; just remove one saddle. It really works!") this is a quote from leo quans official website.

Here is one with a badass I found on ebay:

I don't neccisary have to put any of these bridges for replacements, so if you know of any nice bridges that would be likely to fit well on my kramer please post a link.

What bridge (no matter the price just HQ) would you recommend for my Kramer bass?
Will any of the badasses fit my bass?

On my kramer I also have a small problem with the E-string. When I play it gives much more closed sound and I want it to be very clear like the other strings give. Is it a setup- or a bridge problem. "I think this is very common in lower priced basses. My MIM classic jazz bass has this problem very bad, the E-strings does not even have half of the sustain I get from the other 3 strings.

For my rick bridge I Was thinking of replacing my stock bridge with a Rickenbacker hipshot bridge which is a direct replacement and looks imo as good as the stock one or a badass II.

I think the hipshot looks way cooler.
Images of ricks wearing these bridges:

My bridge has been giving me trouble, first my D-string saddle was wobbly and gave me lots of buzz, then I sent my bass to a crappy Luthier and after that my D-string saddle stopped beeing wobbly and the problem went to my G-string saddle.
I always wanted to buy a new bridge assembly from rickenbacker but it has not been in stock for at least a year (that's when I fist started checking) http://www.rickenbacker.com/cart.asp...tegory=Bridges
So I gave up because of that problem, and after reading lot of threads of unhappy rickenbacker people complaining about the stock bridge I decided I want to change.

btw I don't care about prices because it will cost me a fortune anyway to order anything from the U.S. or anywhere. So please notify me if you know of a High quality bridge that is 100% that would be good for my bass.

What bridges would you recommend for these Basses?

Thank you for reading!
I should be asleep.

Get a Schaller bridge for the kramer - one with side to side string adjustment.

As much as I love the look of the stock Ric bridge assembly, in your position I'd say go Hipshot. I have a 2008 Rickenbacker 4003 just like yours and the stock bridge came with saddles that would not sit level on the assembly. Hard to explain.... but basically the intonation screws were drilled too low and the saddle sat on an angle on the bridge itself. I'm sure in all actuality they functioned (mostly) correctly, which new out of the store they seemed to do so sans-setup, but it looked butt-ass ugly.... luckily I had a spare bridge from my old 4003 that sadly was taken in a fire. I'll be the first to say that if I did not have a spare on hand I would not hesitate to replace a Ric bass bridge giving me trouble. It's part of the look, but **** me if form trumps function on a working bass.

EDIT - I will put in a vote for the aluminum version because that's what I would buy for weight-saving purposes.
