 replacement epi t-bird tuning machines

i own an epi-t-bird that i absolutely HATE the tuning machines on. they are ugly and cant hold a tune. i want to replace them with black ones that have a clover keys on them. im thinking hipshots, but i dont know what gear ratio/size to get...any help is appreciated thanks again!
