Replacement Shortscale Necks

So my friend gave me this old teisco bass he found in the trash the other day. It is a 30.5" scale model, and the neck is cracked badly. So i wanted to see if i could just throw a new 30.5" scale neck on there and set it up and see what happens. trouble is i cant find a place to get that short neck size. Does anyone know what i can do?
