replacement tuners for fender Jazz

Sign in to disble this ad
I would like to replacement the tuning machines on my fender jazz standard. Can someone recommend a reliable product, that would not require modifying the existing tuning peg slots?

Also, I've seen a few things regarding gear ratio. Is a higher ratio always better? Thank you.

I like the Hipshot line. They are also a stellar company with which to do business. Do a search and you probably find a set that fits without mods. If you cannot find it via search, you can also drop hipshot a line. They were very good to me when I was having a fitment issue with a MightyMite neck.
Awesome company that will have what you need for sure.
Mike

Thanks for the tip Mike! I checked them out and they have this model which will hopefully do the trick. Much obliged.
