replacing a musicmaster bridge

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey!
I'm in the process of revamping my old '78 musicmaster bass with some new electronics and all sorts of stuff, and among other things I was planning on changing the bridge on tjis baby because it just looks horrid!you know, I dont feel quite confident with it!
I was planning on getting a badass II or a regular fender made bridge, just something more solid!
would I have any issues with that?
the badass seems to require more screws than the current bridge has, would that mean drilling more holes in my bass?
thanks
